How do I get unmuted?

I've been on and off for over a year now, but tonight I logged on, posted one link and suddenly I was muted with some warning about too many links (one doesn't seem like too many to me). So how do I go about getting the mute removed so I can actually chat again?
It won't let me talk at all, no main channels, no whispers, no messages, nothing.

There's FCN's Help & Support forum and the Ban Appeal Forum, I'd say you want to Appeal a ban. You can click the "Forums" tab at the top of the page, then scroll down and they'll be just after the "How do I..." forum. Fun Fact: My original answer was shorter due to me making the title of the forums a hyperlink. When I tired to post it, I got an error because of the links....

EDIT: I said they were after the How do I... forum. They are, in fact, just before it.
