How do they pick the date for Easter? (Zombie Jesus Day)

The Roman-Catholic Papacy adopted it. Why Protestants are keeping the same date I don't know. Being a Protestant Christian means you Protest against the wrong and Anti - Christian teachings of the Roman Catholic Church. But most Protestants don't know that anymore, wich is a great dissapointment.
Easter is during spring because as Christianity was adopted by Rome they made a lot of the holidays at the same time as pagan holidays. Pagans had spring rites every year . They believed the world was reborn every spring. Hence the supposed resurrection of Jesus is celebrated during spring. A lot of Christian customs and dogma comes from various pagan religions that came before it .

well even the easter egg is pagan as its a sign of fertility,and they dont even know when so called jesus was born so xmas is another roman pagan festival sunaila which they gave gifts even to the slaves.so as religions are all man made to devide and give power to the few.
Christmas is not from Roman origin, it's from Babylonian origin and so is Easter, they probably didn't call it the same back then but you are right about the fact that it is all pagan. Jesus was probably born in Spring or Summer because in Winter the sheperds wouldn't be outside at night.
The Roman church has tons of pagan rituals and uses and people from all over the world worship the Pope as if he is a god. Offcourse religion is man made, but that doesn't have to mean it is isn't true. If religion is made to divide and give power, then why isn't any government in the world doing something about the fact that every week the churches are more empty?

Evergreen trees were decorated to honour Nimrod’s eternal light and leaves and sprigs were formed into the shape of the sun and from these practices stemmed the Christmas trees and wreaths we know and love to decorate so well today.
So it is a mixture of both

Romans changed many things tbh. It was almost as if they were trying to appeal to the Christian movement but didn't want to let go of all the pagan traditions

The "Courses" were changed every week, beginning each with a Sabbath. The reckoning commenced on the 22nd day of Tisri or Ethanim (Ap. 51. 5). This was the eighth and last day of the Feast of Tabernacles = the "Great Day of the Feast" (John 7:37), and was a Sabbath (Lev. 23:39)
The first course fell by lot to Jehoiarib, and the eighth to Abia or Abijah (1Chron. 24:10).
Bearing in mind that all the courses served together at the three Great Feasts, the dates for the two yearly "ministrations" of Abiah will be seen to fall as follows:
The first (*1) ministration was from 12 - 18 Chisleu = December 6 - 12.
The second ministration was from 12 -18 Sivan = June 13 - 19.
The announcement therefore to Zacharias in the Temple as to the conception of John the Baptist took place between 12 - 18 SIVAN (June 13 -19), in the year 5 B.C. After finishing his "ministration", the aged priest "departed to his own house" (Luke 1:23) which was in a city (*2) in "the hill country" of Juda (verse 39).
The day following the end of the "Course of Abia" being a Sabbath (Sivan 19), he would not be able to leave Jerusalem before the 20th

The only reason Romans officially dumped their Olympian Gods in 380 ce is because they were becoming bored with them. Around 400-410 ce, Romans (under new ruler) attempted to eradicate Christianity, unsuccessfully. The whole story is ridiculous (including the story of Protestants).
