Chop up some onions, garlic, dill, green and red peppers, mushrooms and maybe meat of your choice.
Heat up a pan and oil it. Add mushrooms to the pan and let them fry while:
You break a few eggs into a bowl, add little bit of milk, ground black pepper, oregano and whip the shit out of it, until it's foamy.
Add your onions to the pan with mushrooms and stir.
Few minutes later, add garlic and peppers.
Few minutes later, add a little bit of butter to to the pan and stir it up (mushrooms should have been frying for at least ten minutes now)
Pour foamy eggs into the pan, add dill let it cook for about 30 seconds and start stirring gently.
Add salt when almost done, but still runny, continue stirring.
Flip into the plate when done and enjoy with tomatoes, cucumbers, maybe dill pickles, etc.
