Tiles in kitchen and bathrooms, with rugs. Carpet in living areas - lounge, bedrooms, office, hallways and landing. I also quite like wood flooring in a lounge, with rugs.

Currently, appears to be at home, resisting the temptation to crack open the booze bottle I want to drink.

Reliability, utility, AWD, not underpowered, potential resale value, upper trim and it must low mileage for the year as well as have new tires.
