Icebreaker Game How do you...

Drink water and have supplements or sleep aid if I decide to, make sure stuff that needs to be on is on and off is off, wash up, get nekkid, get in bed, make sure phone is charging, plug my ears and mask my eyes.

How do you discard sensitive personal documents containing personal or financial information?

I often refer to my pfp pictures as being my mood ring. Whatever mood I'm in. Just never an actual picture of my face.

How do you decide if you're donating/getting rid of a clothing item?

I saw a show once where they said to hang all hangers in one direction. Then when you wear an item you can hang it the other way. After 3 months you are meant to get rid of anything you haven’t worn. It kinda works. Also anything that I find myself readjusting a lot when I’m wearing it, goes.

How do you decide which skin care product to buy?

Ooof. Smell and feel. If it's oily or doesn't dry quickly or has a strong scent, it's not coming home with me or won't get used if I've already accidentally bought it. I'm also very careful with perfumed products, as my skin is sensitive.

How do you drink your tea?

I don’t drink tea Have tried many types and flavours but nope. It’s not for me

How do you know when a cake is cooked?

Been a while but with a day of head to toe treatments at a spa

How do you you like to unwind after hectic day?

My hectic days usually revolve around work. So in that case, get in my comfy car seat, turn up the music and sing along. If at home, it may just be sitting by the river nearby in silence for a while, listening to the water and birds around me.

What's the best thing you've ever done for yourself?

Realised that no matter how many small changes I make in my life I wouldn't find the upside in them till I started making the larger changes that I was afraid of and that were harder (still a work in progress)

How do you relate to your body and how has that relationship changed over time?

I have BDD as well as being quite insecure, so I don't relate well to my physical appearance or even my own reflection. But I am learning skills on how to better identify the person in the mirror as myself. Oddly enough selfies are a new form of therapy for me. And learning to see my body through the eyes of others helps realise it's not all bad. As you say, work in progress.

How do you prioritise what's most important to you?

I prioritise what others need me to do for the most part and put myself second, I am currently in the process of making a large change in my life that will hopefully free up more time for me to put myself first

How do you know what is important to you especially when the pace of life has gotten to the point where you've lost sight of yourself?

I'm not familiar with that situation consisting of what seems like a unique and vague set of circumstances.

How do you like your plain drinking water—Ice cold, with ice or at room temp?
