Request How does CamChat work?

Hi - so I entered CamChat channel. It looked the same as the others. I did notice the right drop down menu had a publish cam switch (and an audio switch I think?).

Does the freechatnow.com site handle the video? The audio? Does someone on that thread publish their cam, and then I can click it to view? Can I view someone without them viewing me?

So many questions! LOL
