I don't think ever, because I sometimes just get rid of random stuff I don't want/need. Although, I'm looking to downsize to almost nothing, if that's even possibly for my psyche. somebody help me with that. thx.

None. I had covid once early on but it only lasted a day. I never get sick and never go to the doctor.
