I've asked Ai for 10 vegetables with most protein, 10 vegetables with most nutrition, 10 fruits with most protein, 10 fruits with most nutrition, 10 seafoods with most protein, 10 seafoods with most nutrition, 10 meats with most nutrition, 10 meats with just protein, 30 overall foods with most protein, 30 overall foods with most nutrition and 30 foods with most antioxidants.
I've combined the results (many overlapping items), discarded items which are pain in the ass to deal with, things I really don't like, difficult to find, prepare and buy, are known to be not so good for you or won't fit my life/schedule and I'm avoiding everything else not on that list.
