Not often. Maybe once a year or so. I find nail salons never take as good care of my nails as I do. I prefer to look after them myself.

Edit - Once in my 100+ years of living. She was very complimentary of my feet and gave me a free foot file, because she felt bad accepting my money, when my feet were fine. LOL. Weird the crap we remember.
Oh wait, chiropractor not chiropodist. Then edit - maybe once or twice in my lifetime also.
