I dont understand what that is.

How often do you go to bed with your socks on?
 
Fortunately, I've never spilt my coffee anywhere so I'll say Never.

Never.
How often do you get discouraged by the people who are supposed to be on the same page as you?
 
Quite often, especially here.

How often do you meet someone who you don't think you'll like but end up getting on with really well?
 
Maybe once every few years.

How often do you think about Botox treatment for migraines?
 
All the time if 4am counts.

How often do you go to bed and just fall asleep easily within minutes?
 
Almost every night. Flipping a few pages always helps, I try to avoid screentime just before sleeping.

How often do you make your grocecies ?
 
Not sure. Don't keep track of that and I stopped wearing the watch which tracks it (too bulky). Maybe once or twice per week?

Edit: I buy groceries about once per week. I don't know how to make them.

How often do you change your mind on something 500 (exaggerated) times?
 
Literally all the time, I'm awful at making decisions and overthink everything.

How often do you go shopping, forget everything you need and buy everything you dont?
 
Never. Use the phone for keeping a shopping list of the memory is that bad.

How often do you go "Hey Google..." and ask it things at home?
 
Never. My fingers do the talking

How often do you put music on and completely shut off from everything else?
 
As a musician ? All the time. Always brought to a different universe. Another story unfolds in my head.

How often do you listen to podcasts just to fill the silence ?
