Hmmm...that goes much deeper than Carpe Diem. Now we're getting philosophical lol Genuinely not sure how to answer that one. On the one hand I like Carpe Diem because it makes the day yours, you can accomplish anything. Carpe Omnia feels more like a pirate motto haha; "seize everything!" I like to have an abundant mindset where there's enough for everyone to seize. So on the one hand I want to say never. On the other hand I genuinely want to seize everything I set my mind to...so in that sense I'd say nearly always lol. And there you are, my answer haha
