How often do you choose leaner foods instead of common things, like turnips instead of potatoes, almond or soy milk instead of cow milk, oatmeal instead of some other cereals, poultry instead of beef, etc...
Multiple times a day. Swapped junk cereal to porridge. Often use turkey mince instead of beef. Sweet potato to bake cakes, instead of as much egg/oil. Etc.
