Icebreaker Game How often do you...

Few times per week. When I feel that my immune system is getting weak and energy levels are dropping too quickly, I'll make an effort to sleep better for a week or two. Chronic Lack of sleep will fuck you up in the long term.

Edit: Maybe once every month or two

How often do you consume fruit juice?
Almost 5 years, same sleep patterns, wake up without an alarm, get right out of bed, never been sick, physically demanding work usually 7 days a week. So what defines chronic lack of sleep?

Thread: At least once a day, but never artificial, not from concentrate, and 0 added sugars...

HODY drink coffee/tea or some kind of caffeine throughout your day?

Rarely. I doubt I'd notice a small error, something above a hundred would just randomly catch my eye though. I tend to know how much I spend and money is quickly sent to savings accounts so I know how much should be there, roughly.

How often do you eat cereal for breakfast?

At the end of each week I go through all spending receipts with my bookkeeper so she can verify and check everything...

Edit: Twice a week or so ...

HODY visit a river, lake, or pond?

I won't try it unless I know it'll work... I have a pretty broad array of culinary abilities so I usually won't have any dish the same more than once a month...

How often do you wish you could change something?

Oof. Bad question for someone currently struggling with burnout and depression. Every hour...maybe more  if only change was as easy as it looks or sounds.

How often do you eat dessert?

Everyday. For a 29 year old dancer FWB lol

HODY get sick? (me- very rare, havnt been sick since I tested positive for covid 2 years ago and didnt even know I was sick)

Never. I can always smell the candle smoke and it bothers me, because I know it's soot/combusted material and carbon monoxide.

How often do you eat chocolate?

Very tiny percentage of people are fine with just four hours of sleep daily. You might be one of those people or you might be almost one of those people. There could be something else going, but I wouldn't know where to start figuring out what you are or aren't.

Chronic lack of sleep is persistently insufficient time resting, basically. Insufficient by how much? I'm assuming it varies person to person and you'd know it best for yourself. Most adults need 7-8 hours of sleep. There are numerous studies tying chronic lack of sleep to all sorts of health issues like increased risk for diabetes, obesity, DNA damage, brain damage, high blood pressure, heart disease, psychological issues, Alzheimer's, etc... Your genetic makeup dictates what you are or aren't susceptible to—you'd have to look at medical history of family and close relatives.

I think most people can wake up with no alarm most of the time when keeping the same schedule. I myself wake up anywhere from 15 - 45 minutes before the alarm and rarely get 7hrs or even 6hrs of sleep on weekdays. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Rarely ever, I don't like chocolate that much

How often do you clean out your fridge and freezer?

I don't have one. Not smart when you live alone. It makes you lazy.

How often do you think about your first time... Hearing your favourite song?

Haven't been on a boat in years. Used to hang out with friends in a boat, but never really got into it. I don't like being stuck somewhere where I can't bystanders leave. Good times though.
