A bit lately, still fighting off this damn cold, but generally have been feeling much more awake in the morning and have been going for a walk to the beach

Not often. I'd have to drive there and often just opt to walk around my neighbourhood and the parks here, rather than spend and hour there and back. I don't like sunbathing either, and the North Sea isn't great to swim in. I mostly go for photographic reasons.

Oh, I would love to have a good soak in a tub, but bathroom renovation in taking forever, I can't wait to get a bath back!

Lately not as much as I used to. When in better spirits, at least once a week for several hours.

Not as often as I should so when I do I find too many things past their expiry date!
