Never anymore. It's just pure sugar and water, and I'm trying to stay away from added sugar.

How often do you skip eating for 24 hrs?
 
Several times per month. Sometimes weekly or several times per week.

One to several times per week during growing season.
How often do you throw out worn out shoes?
 
if my potted plants count, about twice a week. otherwise, i unfortunately don't have an in-ground garden

edit: i wear through my tennis shoes every 6 months or so, then they become mud shoes and i get rid of the old ones :p

I don't remember the last time I did. I've little interest in them.

Edit: Like a full body healthy check? Had one once, maybe twice in my adult life.

daily, unless i don't take a shower for whatever reason, or i'm planning to get a wax
