Unless you're dining at a very expensive 5-star restaurant known to use fresh ingredients , you'll be eating the same garbage ingredients sourced from the same restaurant supply warehouses all Restaurnts utilize—there's nowhere else for them to source all the ingredients. Plus the prices are insane for mediocre, salt-loaded non-fresh food, then you have to pay 15%+ extra on top for waiting services... It's all fucked up chaos.
If I eat out, it's somewhere like Chipotle without waiting staff or at a grocery supermarket buffet with seating area where I can cherry-pick food items, maybe few times per month.
