I don't have a set frequency for time off. I've been taking Fridays, plus following Mondays off, to make for a four day weekend and I schedule that randomly few weeks in advance. I usually try to take a whole week off during summer. Over next year I gotta find a way to burn 23 PTO days before August, plus 3 personal days before the year ends. I'll sometimes combine a PTO day with a paid holiday to maximize my time off.
