Few times a decade, or something. Not a fan of batter-fried foods. I end up peeling away most of fried batter and throwing it away. The grease is disgusting.

Fish oil: morning, afternoon, evening; Collagen: in my coffee every morning; Fiber: morning; Multivitamins split between lunch time and dinner; Berberine: twice a day (sometimes); Iron: afternoon; Bovine immunoglobulins: afternoon; Magnesium: night. I think that’s all of it.
