Things become overcomplicated when precision in information or communication is absent, because then you're wasting stupid amounts of time trying to creatively extract relevant information, which is an overcomplication, just because someone is lazy. Half of human labor could probably be eliminated or simplified and shortened if people were better communicators and weren't lazy. How many times have you had to fix something more than once because of imprecise information and it has cost you money? Literally everything becomes unnecessarily complicated, because now you have to squeeze more time and money out of no time and no money. Ponder that.
