Every day. Everyone should do that no matter how small you might think the achievements are, they are yours and yours alone and your struggles are you no more or less difficult than anyone else's.

How often do you re read your favorite book
 
Books in my case. Every year. I'm now at the stage where I can pick up any book in the series, turn to a page and know where I am and what happens next. Sad, I know.

Hody take a risk and try something new?
 
Been a while, maybe a decade or so. Never really got into them.

How often do you push through being tired rather than just sleeping
 
Varies. Every 1 - 2 weeks. I'm the only one using. There are times I'm so busy, I'm using it only once or twice per day. There have been days when I haven't used it at all.

How often do you fight imaginary dragons?
 
Too often
I have a few dragons to fight and they keep cropping up

How often do you do overtime at work because you are asked (not because you want to)

All the time, I hear the music in my head so just bop along to it.

I’ve had it happen a few time, but not very often.

Damn pretty much most days if it isn't my lunch then it will usually be my dinner
