I have been thinking about this question since you asked it and I still don't know what means. So I'm going to go with never :)

My dreams are quite surreal and I'm sure some elements would land me up in some kind of institution either mental health related or her majesty's prison service

Every six months for a cleaning and a checkup.

Nothing is off the tables for this young man!
No but seriously...umm, I dunno, most people I like are "within the realm of possibility".
Unless we are talking about like a super star or something like that.

My holidays still depend on my family XD
I don't mind though, there are many places left to explore at home

Couple times a year maybe? Not that easy from the flat lands of Ohio.

Used to do so on a very regular basis - probably should get back to it, honestly all the questions make me feel very uncomfortable!!
