Not often at all. I don't dream much at all as an adult. Last nightmare was maybe 6 or 7 years ago...

Very rarely. And it's always been little silly things.

I have been told I say “especially” a lot :p

Not often. I don’t really dream and when I do... it’s some whacked out cartoon Nightmare mashup

Very rare that happens here, we're pretty on top of what needs to be used first.
