Only do so on the things that really matter. So not very often.

Every three weeks or so. We don't wear enough clothing to warrant doing washing all that often!

If I'm not in bed, I've fallen asleep on the couch. Usually happens at least once a week.

As often as possible, more online than in person but at least a couple of times a week!
