Quiet often actually. I usually focus on happy memories though minus the feelings.

Never. No point since I know exactly where he is and don't have to worry about him creating problems anymore. I only strapped his fb for my safety

I never do it actually. I never get angry and in a state of wanting to scream or punch something.
