How to post copyrighted work without violating anything?

If I posted, say, a music video that is copyrighted, what should I write to properly inform everyone it's not mine and copyrighted by someone else?

Well, if I posted "The Android Hell Blues" without saying that Harry101UK made it, not me, wouldn't that be copyright infringement?

Basically, I'm asking what are the rules when it comes to posting copyrighted material here? Is it allowed at all? Are there requirements that must be met when you are posting the material??

Well no one puts anything about copyright on them. Your linking to a location, your not trying to monitorise the link. So it's fine..

When you drop a pic in chat I bet you don't say this isn't my work it's owned by X and used under this license agreement each time do you?

Points, the site rewards for certain activities. Once you hit a certain amount of Trophy points it changes. Not sure of the amount I'm afraid.

Well as long as if its for; Education, commentary, criticism, or if you inform the public and original producer of the item that you are not the original creator and you say whom it is then it should be okay (btw I have little information on copyright law but I do know that these are solid laws/exceptions of the copyright law)
