I can't get in

is it normal since last couple day when i try to log in the chat room with my profile i can't get in? my profile in the forum work fine but for the chat room i can't open for some reason anyone can explain me this???
 
Can't explain anything until you tell us exactly what's happening on your end.

when i log in for going into the chat room i put my user name ,password,birthday date and agree and press sign like alway but now when i do this it like that for 2 days now it going back blank and we i put back all my info it doing the same over and over without be able to go in
 
i did all this still not working for the chat part and i read all they instruction you give has well i do not undertsand why
 
Try a different browser. Try a different connection. Try another device. Still don't know how the screen looks to you.
 
ok it seem that they only my computer that not working i try over my phone and it work fine for the chat room i not undertsand why it not working on my computer because i never change any setting or anything it weird i can come into the forum part and do everything but when it time to try to go into chat room it not working
 
that the link and the page i got issue with when i try to log in the chat room it just not fonctionning when i log in that not going any further alway staying at this page . i did try on my phone like i said it working perfect but with my computer no and i can't understand
 
The link takes to a login page, not a blank page like you indicated.

Try another browser. No one will be able to make additional suggestions to you if we don't know exactly what's happening or which remedies you've attempted.
 
yes login page like i said but when i type my info username name and password and info and press login it loading and not going anywhere and everything get deleted and if i doing this the saqme over and over nothign change and if i'm doing they other way like you explain before coming here and log in and after press the chat room and just agree with term and press login to my account it doing same also that just stay on the login page that it . i try to explain the best i can all i can say i never change any setting of my computer and for some reason now that it not working anymore

Try a different browser, first. Then try using phone's internet via PC.
 
it is working now for some reason and the worst thing i can,t explain why oh well i guess that work and that all matter thx for the help X

Hey honey

I had the same issue. I reset my password and now it allows me to login to the forum and chat rooms

Try changing the password and see if that works
