I get a 500 code when trying to enter chat.

Hello.

I made my account recently and have been unable to log into the chat since the beginning. I thought it was some temporary thing but today I tried logging in as guest and it worked.

Can I get some assistance with this? The main reason I made a profile is to use the chat, and this is very frustrating.

try changing the email associated with the account…it worked for me
