Haven't had that issue. Is it asking you to sign in again? If not it may be signing you in as a guest? Inbox me if you wanna chat!

Let's do one thing. Log into this website through Forum link. Provide credentials and then check if your details are all correct and intact. Then click on chat to see if you are able to get in. Put a nick name and hit log in. It should work. Else you should contact admins as well.
