I have decided to go more analog, to throw away my smartwatch, and to stop digitally tracking anything health related. I’ll consider getting bloodwork done yearly…
You're probably aware of this, but just in case you're not: a smartwatch with health tracking metrics is good for tracking daily/weekly/monthly markers and trends in your health. It can help steer your in the right direction or keep you on-track, not diagnose or cure something.
