The PM block under preferences,ignores then add ignores has a check mark all the time. I remove it and close it and it comes right back. I only get PM notifications now and then. It is very irregular. Does everyone have that block checked by default? How do I remove it for good?

I don't know how to do screen shots. The pm block is checked all the time and I can not remove it for good. I can remove it but the add ignores button is not lite up to set the changes. Once I close the box and re open it the check mark on pm is back again. Is it designed to be checked by default.
