image dragging from folders on PC

just logged on today and wanted to post some pics. I have a folder open with said pics and i click and drag them out and into the chatroom. The images dont even get dropped into the chat room at all. Anyone else having this problem?

That worked in the past? Don't have to click the upload button first or drag it into a specific spot? Try a different browser? When was the last time it worked?

well i fixed it. PC was being a silly.
