Not sure why but whenever I try to add attachments they are too big. It's worked a couple of times but I can't tell the difference or what I'm doing wrong and plenty of the GIFs and things I'm seeing must be bigger.

Limit in chat is 10mb. Images in chat expire, so the chat can afford to host larger images for just a little while.
It's ok, I can run gifs through ezgif and compress them
