What the hell is going on with the site lately? Multiple times a day it's basically completely unusable, either you can't sign in, or the entire room gets disconnected. Everything is lagging, pictures aren't loading properly. What the hell changed? Did someone break something with an update and nobody is admitting it?

Even better--they're completely ignoring it! Admins/Mods play dumb and act like they have no idea what we're talking about e.g. "DiScOnNeCtS?? WhAt DiScOnNeCtS??"

We’re aware that some users are currently experiencing issues with sign-ins, disconnects, lag, and media not loading properly. We understand how frustrating this is, and the problems are being actively investigated.

Let’s be absolutely clear: no one is ignoring or avoiding the issue. We’ve seen the reports, we’re taking them seriously, and the matter is being escalated as needed. Just because you haven’t seen an immediate public update doesn’t mean nothing is happening behind the scenes.

While I understand the frustration, I’ll also say this: inflammatory comments and baseless accusations directed at staff or volunteers are not acceptable. We’re here to support the community and resolve issues. Respectful communication goes a long way in that process.
