This thread is meant to humanize us all and recognize the fact that we aren't misfits, just different individuals with different backgrounds, unique minds and preferences—regardless of where we are on any kind of spectrum.

Post something you practice or you've done, observed or think might be weird. Like someone's post if you can relate.

Examples:

I like honey in my coffee, is this normal?
I just saw this person walking 15 cats on leashes, is this normal?
I just ate pickles and peanut butter sandwich, is this normal?
I won't eat an apple unless it's been sliced, is this normal?
I think everyone should wear a lipstick color that matches the color of their genitalia, is that normal?
I lie about my age only for the purpose of winding people up, is that normal?
I have five profiles and 50% of them are opposite of my real gender, is that normal?
Individual foods on my plate may not touch each other, is that normal?
Etc...
 
I saw this guy putting praying mantises on is chili peppers.....is this normal? (no autocorrect on mantises, so I'm assuming, its normal)
 
If it's goats cheese yes, I'm not sure about about other cheese.

I wake several times a night and turn my pillow over, is that normal.
 
If the pet is unwell and recovering (or is old af and has trouble moving), and normally likes going outside on their own, I'd say that's normal.


Giving names to your individual plants, like 50 of them, and insisting that you can remember them all, but then mixing them all up without even noticing... Is that normal? In the least?

Only in a country where every hole in a wall filled only with junk souvenirs has a big ass "Supermarket" sign above it—namely Greece in Crete. Everyone goes in just to take a look.

Freezer full of salmon filets, but you're only one person, is that normal?
 
Perfectly normal

Picking the food you wanna eat at a restaurant and them killing and cooking it..is that really normal?
 
Getting the food you ordered is quite normal.

I like to prepare my breakfast all in one pan most of the time so I can just slide it out onto the plate and everything is of same temp, is that normal?

It's normal, if something displayed on tv ignited that desire.

Having cold or flu in the very middle of summer, with super hot, sunny, dry weather.
 
Normal if it's spicy.

That's definitely not normal, especially if you live alone.
