Italian Ice Cream

In my travels, I found Italy to have the best ice cream and I have been fortunate to enjoy ice cream on 3 continents. There is something special about Italian gelato. It’s not surprising that the birthplace of the renaissance would also be the home of tasty frozen treats.

It's got less fat and no artificial stuff. Plus, there’s less air in it and it’s not served bone-chilling cold, so you can actually taste the flavor. Italian food is the best
