Good morning everyone I am so happy it's going to cool down for a few days. I got my A/C when I was in the hospital and my cleaner opened it Wednesday and found the part that the control panel on top was shattered. Had to get a replacement and that will be here Sunday.

Yup. 930a and it sucks already. Thankfully there is a little breeze.

Ugh. I am not sure how you can handle the heat and humidity. I know I can't. LOL I can't handle the heat we have here. LOL I think I need to move somewhere cold. But never know how I will feel after a huge weight loss. Have you been able to get to the beach? Play golf?

Cold means snow, and I won't deal with the grayness and snow of the north anymore. You get acclimated to it to some extent. A little beach time yes, but no golf. I recently had elbow surgery.

Why elbow surgery? I know you hate snow lol and me I have learned to appreciate it after my life in Vegas. LOL

EEk, ouch! I am not sure I know this older you are talking about. I am 100% good health and can still run miles upon miles, in my dreams anyway. LOL when did you have surgery? Have you started PT?

Haha. And dreams are amazing! Surgery was a little over 3 weeks ago and I've just started pt.
