You need to read the rules first girl. You can only send a kiss if you were tagged by that person. Kiss chase is excatly like the game tag, just with kisses. There can only be one it or the kisser. They have to tag someone (by using the @ symbol before their name, ie @FallenFreya ) Then the tag becomes it/the kisser and they tag someone to continue the game. There can only be one it! Also there can be no kiss backs! To explain, if I kiss Jinxy, she then can not tag me to kiss.
I hope this makes sense, any questions please ask.

If it's someone's birthday, they can be tagged as many times as people want to.
