There are 13 sured ways to reach an orgasm and kissing is in fact on the list. Lips are one of the erogenous zones and are 100 times more sensitive then fingertips. 20 percent of women claim they have had orgasms through kissing. Embarrisngly enough, a study in England in 2019 shown that 55 percent of women and 61 percent of men did not know what a urethra is.
 
It's possible to orgasm without touch. And no, I don't mean a wet dream..and I am speaking from expierence :D

Which I think wet dreams are made possible because women expierence engorgement during REM sleep due to increased blood flow ;)

Fact, my wife has had an orgasm may times while giving me head without any touching going on. I prefer to think my dick is magical, but maybe it is her. Lol
