There’s a good route up it then a long ridge walk to one mountain and then on to BenNevis.

No fair!
Bamboo actually...stays green year round. Until the late spring after the new leaves push out the old ones. But there are a number of trees here that I am always surprised keep their leaves year round (as well as a few trees that look like evergreens and yet turn red in the autumn and drop theirs....it is a very confused country to be honest)Is that green foliage I see?
