Glühwein basically is a very, very cheap red wine that is too bad to drink as such. So you add a lot of spices (cinnamon, cloves,...) a lot of sugar and if you can still taste a bit of wine, a shot of rhum. Also it's served so warm that you can a) warm your hands up b) burn your taste buds so you don't actually have to taste it. It's a kind of win/win as you can see.

Anyways, it's a classic drink for Christmas markets here.
 
Wine and alcohol can kill u it causes liver kidney and intestinal damage and causes colon cancer it should be illegal don't ignore the ffacks. Saying it doesn't mean u r falling into their trap and tha ur not t o smart
