It's exactly that, we North-West Europeans (You even more than me I guess) aren't used to this type of weather. I can always find myself in this heat though, you have to adapt. I love this weather, the same I love Ice-Cold Winters... But those have become a myth.
Stay safe Victoria, drink enough. And adapt, listen to your body. Because it is saying a lot.
