The Palisades Interstate Parkway in New York near Bear Mountain after 10 inches of rain yesterday
Short walk this morning, due to a migraine I had trouble getting rid of entirely. So a little circle around the doggy beach and back to 'my jetty', this time with a boat - no idea who it belongs to.

Going through my photos from this morning, during my walk. Trying to relive the calm and help my overwhelmed brain - part of the reason I take them to begin with. Back to the doggy beach as well, don't have one of my own, but they make me smile.

Another day, another walk. Tried to avoid the rain, but the rain won 
Didn't really mind though, it was fine. Still can't sit at 'my jetty', but so be it. Trying to find diffent ways to balance myself.

Sunsets at your local stomping ground are always the best
My walk today in another area, close to home and yet new. Stopped and sat here and there, watching dogs play. Roaming around and discovering new things is fun.

Sanibel Lighthouse. The historic out buildings were destroyed by Hurricane Ian, but the lighthouse survived !

Wreck like 2 blocks from my house today
Another walk. Picked a different route again because I wasn't feeling entirely emotionally stable and needed the added adventure to keep my mind occupied. It was a very nice route. Hot and humid so sweaty and stinky once I got home, but worth it. Favourite bit was the field full of wildflowers and butterflies.
