Not a prob, my job can be interesting at times lol, sadly this isn't the first time I've had to remove a birds nest. Those pesky birds will make a nest anywhere

I dont know how different birds nesting season is in there or how the law protects them, but in here, at the time, you can't literally do anything. I do a lot of birdworks in here, and if we found nest place like you have, we can't do anything about that. We can ask permission to move it, and it is something like 2 feets or so, or permission to destroy it IF there is no eggs. 1 out of 1000 times we maybe have permission to do something about that.
Eitherways, i don't care how or what people do to those, but right eyes at the right time can get you in trouble.

Yea I don't know about the different nesting seasons either and I honestly haven't run into any issues with that. That's definitely something to look into though. Since I've started the job three years ago, I've been told my my tech to just destroy the nests. I do know certain species are protected and if we run across those birds, I'm sure we can't destroy them without permission or the right people remove birds and eggs first. Half the time the nests are old and abandoned too.

That is something you definetly should check out, just in case.
I know couple good examples from here, and i can assure you that they have learned it an expensive way lol

I know it can suck and boss isn't happy if you end up in situation where is active nest and you refuse to do your job because of that.

Right definitely not trying to get fucked over with a bunch of fines.Yea if i ever come across an active birds nest, definitely gonna call someone and have them come deal with it

I might have one of these 2-3 per week. $1.83 per can. Almost a full meal. Too easy.
