KANSAS recorded their first album in 1973 (released in 1974) self titled; Kansas.
From 1975 - 1978 they were really big in the rock n roll world, their 1977 released
album sold 5 x Platinum, they toured with likes of Queen and Aerosmith.
But their fame didn't last very long + the band broke up
and the father time forgot them, but then came Supernatural,
season 2 finale in 2007, that episode of that awesome TV show
brought them back.
However, unfortunately, they are still relatively unknown band
to the modern world and to its young inhabitants, even the rock enthusiasts
know only their 2 most famous hits; Wayward Son and Dust in the Wind
and that's a shame, because those 2, barely hit their top 12 songs list.
(in my mind at least).
To this thread, i'm going to post my favorite KANSAS songs and
i hope you all like them and their unique insane good music
that touches your very soul, deep, their lyrics will make you think
and its like, they tell your story.
They were ahead of their times back in the 70's and they are still
something out of this world today.
