Nothing so far. I will admit it's a pretty old book, I doubt any of us ever read it. But I thought the title was fun when I came across it a couple of days ago. So couldn't resist.

Just to clear up any confusion ... it isn't a self help book, it's actually a novel. But the title does suggest otherwise and the story does center around the theme Freya suggests.
