Before I sign off for the night, I feel I should mention that the second clue is kind of tricky. Gonna provide an alternate clue in a spoiler. Still think the charade is solvable as is, but just in case *hopes she can get the spoiler thing to work*

OK, so the context is that I was going a bit insane, and also was a bit dehydrated...
But tried looking at if it was one of the "each clue makes part of the word" like if the storm drain is an IT reference, a one word song with it in it, and then H on the end could be Henry Winkler who played the Fonz or H for Happy Days, and then the FA could be from "faceplant" for the lady who walks face first into the truck, or FAFO, or the first clue could be "faith" itself for the leap of faith that is jaywalking across the busy road without looking at the traffic...
