Does anyone else here consistently lucid dream? Id be curious To chat with you :), Thanks for your time!

I’d love to be able to say that I lucid dream almost everynight but the reality is that happens only a couple times a momth. I’d love to hear what others’ situations are.

Some people get attracted to lucid dreaming because they want to be able to do things they could never do in waking reality. Tibetan monks have used dream control for more than a thousand years, in the philosophy of dream yoga. Psychotherapists have applied lucid dreaming as a part of therapy. Not a lucid dreaming for me, more a kind of semi-awakening, a REM sleep, still awake enough to be somewhat conscious of what’s going on.

I'm sure I used to lucid dream as a child as I could fully control them. Not so much now, about the only thing I get is sleep paralysis, which is no fun at all.

Ah sorry to hear that:/. Try practicing a way to make yourself realize you are dreaming. I would practice making a fist in my making life, this then carried over to dreams, so when I’m dreaming and I squeeze my fist, a white glimmering cloud appears around me and I know I’m dreaming :)

Hey Rooosie! I practically lucid dream every night, like iv said before I can *wake* myself up in most dreams now.. been looking for a dreaming partner too hehe. Pm if you would like to discuss this more, I’d be happy to teach you what I know.

I used to all the time when I was younger. I also could remember probably a third of my dreams. I now can not remember any dreams. I believe it is something that sometimes happens when you get older. But they were fun when I could!

Take it as you wish but lucid dreaming is skill just anything else.. it’s takes practice hehe :D

I have lucide (or at least part lucide) dreams every night. :D
Maybe that's why i love sleeping so much. :p

Sometimes i can control them fully, sometimes i feel like a resistance in my mind. In that case, i learned to let it go. Because if i insist, if i push against that resistance to try to make something happen, i ultimately wakes up.

My dreams are really, f*cking realistic and hallucinogenic at the same time. It's never random. It's often big action scene as you can see in movies, or fantastic/sci-fi stuff. There are a lot of characters from tv shows as well, actors, actresses... My brain is filled with my two passions : cinema and tv shows. ^^

But the big disadvantage to these awesome dreams is that i have awful nightmares. Also f*cking realistic. Very personal this time. They are also lucid, like my dreams, but i can only control how i defend myself for the most part. It's horrible, i know that i'm dreaming but i can't wake myself up. And when i finally wake up, it's often perspiratory. And if i fall back to sleep, it can be until four times in a row, perspiratory.

But, luckily, i mostly have big beautiful dreams, filled with beautiful women, superheros and all the great things i'm watching on tv. :)
Last dream sloppy kiss ? Scarlett Johansson as 'Black Widow'.
