Bug Main chat not showing posts

Which device and model are you using?
iPhone 13 pro
Which OS and version are you using?

How are you connecting?
WiFi and also via Verizon mobile
Which web browser and version are you using?
Chrome, safari and Duck Duck go
Are you using special settings or extensions?
No
Did you update your software recently?
No
What is the error message you're seeing?
N/a
Have you attempted any troubleshooting?
Logged out, cleared cache, turned phone off etc
I can not see any posts in the mobile sites chat room. I can log in and talk to friends but not see any posts in main other than kicks and the welcome message. I logged in as a guest and mobile chat works as usual. Please advise.
 
Resetting of profile is not a thing.

You can log in and try setting all Preferences to defaults, then using the log out function in chat, completely closing the browser app and restarting the mobile device, in that order.

You haven't provided a screenshot, so we have no idea what you're seeing or not seeing.

Thanks for replying. I did try resetting preferences and reverting the version too. When in Notifications, it will not let me change any settings and a pop up that they are blocked by the browsers shows. I have notifications enabled and tried in 3 different browsers. Somehow, it looks like it is back up and running, I did however lose my friends but that is no biggie. IMG_0819.png

I was stuck at the above landing page and occasionally the red informational would pop up but it would not load any further. Again, thanks for your help.
 
It did show the user list and friends list before and I was even able to chat with a friend that was online. The main room would not move from the pic above. Now the room works and normal and I can still see the user list. Only thing missing are the friend in the friends list that now shows 0. I can always rebuild the friends list. Hope this helps.
 
I’m having this same issue, that you were having before. I sign in, and this is the only thing I see. I’m stuck on just seeing this. I’ve reset, refreshed, restarted and nothing. Not sure why it’s happening. It’s been like this with no posting from anyone for 10 minutes and it’s the same for any chat room I go into. I’m trying to upload a picture but it’s taking a while. Not sure if it uploaded
 
I'm having a similar issue in that some users are talking in chat but I don't see their messages. I don't have them set to ignore, nor do other users who also don't see their comments. This is in the main chat, not in DMs or whispers.
