Media File Is Malformed

Hi, I am on the new chat site and every gif or pic I try to post gives me this error message.

Nothing I am doing has changed from the old chat so why are my files now not accepted?

In the new chat, I can't post any GIF files. I keep getting "Media File Is Malformed". Most have come from the Old chat? Anyone able to help, or give guidance?
