Mint sauce

Traditional leg of lamb is served with mint sauce, or, mint jelly. I don't care for mint on anything, not even my tooth brush, or, my candy canes during the holiday season.

The only thing you need on lamb, and I would suggest OZ, or, NZ lamb(it's the best in the world), to season it with garlic salt, and pepper, and that's it! You don't want to disguise the flavor of the meat, if you have lamb from either of these countries the only thing you'll have on it is your mouth! lol:p:cool:
